How to rebuild Kirban AFPR unit??

Looks like mine bit the big one, and I heard that there is a way to accomplish this. Seems to me that this would be simple, considering there is a gasket which is most likely the problem.

Where would I get a rebuild kit, or make one?? How would this procedure go about?
