How to remove scratches on a powder coated finish?

Hey guys,

There are some scratches on my Anderson power pipe, is there a way to remove them? Would a compound be too risky?

I hate to tell you this but if it's on a ceramic coating finish your done! The shop that installed my Anderson Ford power pipe scratched it all up to hell. I will try to wet sand it and use a mothers on it. I will let you know how it comes out. I believe the only way will be to have it recoated. Sucks big time! Damn shop
