How to replace rear parklight bulb??

I am the person who ran over something on the interstate with 739 miles on my car.

My rear bumper mounted parklight is blown. Its the one in the bumper right behind the wheelwell. I can't see how to get to the bulb out. The reflector/light cover will pop out, but if I try to pry it open it will leave a mark on the bumper opening.

Is there another way to get to that bulb to replace it from behind?
