Ehh, I know there are a million posts like this a day, but I figure I'd give it a shot.

My car is a 2001 Mustang GT.

I have 4.10 gears, Steeda Tri-ax, SLP Loudmouth Catback, and a K&N.

I'm open to any suggestions ... my car is also sporting 20% tint all around, Mach 1 Grille Delete, and it's lowered.

I think I want to go more of the bolt-on-speed route, staying N/A.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated ..

I got a dyno proven 40hp and 20tq at the wheels with cams, longtubes, and O/R h-pipe. Just over a grand.

Most HP: NOS kit and DR's and prolly enough money left over for O/R midpipe.

Best Value: o/r midpipe (160), CAI (60), TB (180), Plennium (180),
p/p job on the heads (450). All prices that i've seen on ebay or gotten from local speedshops. Hope, though, you can do your own work.

I would take the LT Headers route along with an off-road X-pipe.

This is the best suggestion in my books. It doesn't hurt future mods if you decide to go with a power adder or stay Naturally Aspirated.

Although, if you can't install your own headers, this may go over your price range a bit. I did the Long tube headers and CAT'd H-pipe and CAT-back exhaust and it got me almost 250 rwhp. Today, xmas, I put on a plenum and 75mm throttle body. Hopefully I will get to go to the dyno shop tomorrow to see if they have any impact.

Finish up the bolt-on breathing, it will help in either direction in the long run.
