I'm changing a ground effects bracket on the passenger side of my mustang that came with the car when I bought it. The part itself didn't come with any fasteners so I guess I have to use the same old ones, but I haven't seen these kind of fasteners ever and I wanted to know how these are supposed to come out.

Those are rivets. You will need to drill them out

You will need new rivets and a rivet gun. Be careful not to drill the holes in the body too big.

You only need a drill bit [slightly] larger than the button in the center of the rivet.
