Since the 4.6 doesn't have a distributor to watch when you turn the crank, how can you tell if the chain etc is worn out?
With new IAC, clean regapped plugs, new fuel filter, new air filter, no vac leaks, no water in gas, new sock/sending unit in tank, engine idles rough and surges when accelerating.
