call MPH and they can set you up, there are others that can give you a good setup as well, and give info as far as numbers and tune for stock block. I have a friend with a 98 and Vortech, puts down 430 to the ground with a safe tune( ??) on the stock block and internals. I think to get the same power as an 03 would be fuel pump, charger and good tune. You also don't have the IRS. I would prefer not to have it either.
