How to upgrade to Shaker 1000

Anyone know if it is possible to upgrade to a Shaker 1000 from the Shaker 500?
Or is there a special wiring harnest needed in trunk?
Want to upgrade but want it to look stock, (trunk and dash)
Any pics of Shaker 1000 wiring in trunk would be great, and how it hooks up.

can't help on conversion but I think it may be cost prohibitive (at least in the near future because of the newness and lack of used parts)

I have a '05 GT with the shaker 1000 and my dad has a '06 with the 500, there is a big difference

I have heard many suposed audio experts say that both suck, that is not true with my 1000, I have had young and old listen to mine with rap, rock and everything inbetween at low and high levels.

unless your a audio competition judge the 1000 is worth it for a factory clean system that suports 6 discs in dash

only thing (for my ears) I would like to add tweaters as high as possible in the front on winshield pillers (this could be done for less then $100)

Ok I have a shacker1000,,,,,,,we have how many speakers in the Trunk?
And I think we have 2 speakers on each door?
I don't know if any are in the backseat area?

don't forget the 2 in the package tray...

you know... if you really want the performance of the Shaker 1000... keep the 500, take all your CD's scratch them up with some sand paper, and you'll get the same amount of skipping!

I never had any problems with my April 11th delevered '05. only 5000 mi.

shaker 1000 is slow when loading etc but no errors or eratic scipping

Actually my shaker 500 is louder than a 1000! because I added Scosche EFX amps and speakers. Also the Scosche 12in sub box for the trunk. I disconected the factory amps but just left them in the factory location. I hooked up three amps in total. a mono amp, one tro channel amp and one four channel amp.
