I was looking at the trans go performance shift kit. They claim it can be installed with the trans in the car. It also has an "instructional" video. Anyone done this? Just wondering how tough it is to do on your back with trans fluid dripping in your eyes.

Thanks!

It's easy...bring it to the shop and give the guy $50 and WALAAHHH!!! DONE!!

I would say.."get the video, watch it, and if you dont think you can do it, let someone else."

i wouldn't try it, if you mess something up, its on you. me and my dad did a B&M kit, and it was a pain in the a$$. had to replace springs and drill holes, and all kinds of fun stuff. he's done it before, so we had an idea, but it was alot of work. for something like hardcore tranny stuff, i would take it to a shop.

its not hard, its just really messy!
First time i did mine, I had never even seen the inside of a transmission, and after installing the shift kit everything worked fine, and still has to this day.

I agree with OinkAodeOink, it's not hard at all. You basically follow the video step-by-step.
