I was just reading Part II of a buildup on the 1996 cobra, and they finally did cams. A mild set, no new springs.
All said and done, they only got 44 more RWHP at 6500RPM.
Not for nothing, but 6500 rpms isn't exactly the sweetspot..
Car deperately needs sole low RPM torque..
What kind of HP can I expect from an aggressive cam?
44 hp seems like apretty crappy number to me.
$1200 for cams+ labor for 44hp at 6500 rpms doesn't seem to wise
an investment for me...
I already have full bolt ons except for electric water pump, and of course a supercharger.
What's a good gain with cams?
