Yeah, its been awhile, but i used to post in this forum. I was removing some stupid gauge on my fuel rail the other day (owner b4 me put it on), and it snapped, leaving a gaping hole in my fuel rail, as well as my existing distributer problem . I was thinking about having the hole welded shut, so any input on this idea would be helpful. Also, if anyone has any ideas as to where to get another fuel rail, other than a junkyard(for some reason, junkyards around here are remarkably short on 2.3 engines with anything worth salvaging). Anyways, any input would be helpful, thanks.

What year turbo engine is it? I have a spare '87-88 TC fuel rail, although I'd have to pull it off the engine it's on.

Hey tyler...What is the possibility of 2.3 parts being short in our area?
I've got a few but I won't be your way until sumerduck next week. You can have one sooner if you come get it.

why remove the guage? FP guages are kinda handy on a turbo car.

Just make sure the fuel rail you get is the same one you need. There are many different ones between the turbo cars and the na's. Let us know if it is for the 90 you have listed in your sig and if no one has one there are always at least 10 na's in the yard I go to.

When are you going to be at sumerduck Matt? I've been going every Tuesday and Thursday, and I recomend you come on Tuesday too (the 31st?) since there is alot less people there on Tuesday, and you get more runs in since the big dog drag cars aren't there either.

Tyler, I can also sell you a TurboXS manual boost controller, so your car won't be so painfully slow anymore. I just bought it for the SRT-4, but now I want to get rid of it since Robbie had alot of problems when he put his on. (stock ECU really doesn't like the extra boost) Never been used, paid $100, asking $80.

I have school tuesday until too late on tuesday. Lately I haven't been so concerned with running 100 times a night like I started out doing.....Unless its running really good.

Hey I need to take a look at your srt. I've been pondering an idea. Whats up with the merk? Did you get it?

Ok cool, come thursday and we'll see you there. What is this idea your pondering?

I backed out on the merk because I realized the motor had a knock, so I offered the lady less, but she wouldn't take it, so I said forget it. I'll find something else.

Ok cool well I'll just through in there that I have a TC...
Hey sometimes its better to walk away. I own a bunch but I've walked away from a whole lot more.
Do me a favor if you would. Measure your intercooler height, width (across the nose of the car), thickness, and the size of the outlets. This may be common knowledge to you since you have one but thats my first question.

I'll bring a turbo and an N/A fuel rail.

i actually need to get it fixed because my father hs gotten fed up with me and my car. He told me i had to sell it, and i told him i wasnt gonna unless he got me a 99 GT or newer, so there's also buying the car, fuel rail problem and all, haha. Anyways, i sent the thing to a shop, see if they'd weld it shut, they said they couldnt, and im still having trouble at junkyards, but my friend and his father down the street seem interested in buying it, as some kinda project. Anyways, i believe that within the month, ill be into the 4.6 forums, hehe.
