Ok, I started today by replacing the fuel pressure regulator. When I finished, I started the car up, but the idle wouldn't drop below 2000 RPM's. Double checked the timing, it was fine. So I unplugged the IAB, and the idle dropped a little, but was still around 1600. So I disconnected the throttle cable from the throttle body figuring it might be stuck... same problem. So I tried to run the trouble codes, the meter was only showing 9 volts and when I started it, it just sat at like 0.3 volts. So I figured I hooked it up wrong, I went and got the diagram off the web, it was hooked up right. So I tried to start the car again, I got a spark from where the meter was hooked up and then it wouldn't start. Now I can't get it to start at all.
It cranks fine, there's spark at the coil and wires, and there's fuel pressure. Any help would be appreciated
