Is this Competition Plus shifter supposed to fit a Ford? I took it apart and cleaned it and had the stick replated. What does it fit? I think I may sell it...how much is it worth? I have pics but I'm having trouble getting them to post.

You must have a 4-speed toploader? Or a 5-speed? The shifter will be different.

The 4-speed is easy. It would include pushing down and over left then down to find reverse. The five speed is over right and down.

There is an adapter plate that bolts the shifter to the 4 speed ,you can get it through any one that carries Hurst shifters .

Great shifters, once you get them adjusted and that can wear your patience and also the skin off your knuckles.

Those comments are true. I'm just saying I don't know wether it is meant for a Chevy application, Ford Application, or Mopar. The shift levers on the bottom aren't straight but bent in a way that I thought must be unique for a certain application.

It does. I'm not sure where to go to to look it up though.
