Some little cellphone B..ch hit my new Mustang GT today. I was going down the road at about 50mph when traffic ahead of me came to a stop, and so did I, when I just happen to look in the rear view mirror and see this car come pilling into me at about 45 to 50mph the complete rear and pasng. quarter panel was smashed and shoved my mufler into my tire. Ouch!! my back hurts!!! She had the nerve to say "I hope my car is totaled so I can get a new one" I almost did a Captian Kirk Judo chop on her.

BTW, if you are already a sucky driver, please do not compound the problem by putting a cell phone in your ear. It should be against the law for those retards to do it. I have lost count the numerous times I have nearly been hit by these tards.

Thanks guys, I planed on doing some major mods to the car but after this I think I am just going to drive it stock until the cobra comes out. And for you cellphone people be prepaired to eat your phone if you touch my cobra!!

Ouch! Sorry to hear that, hurts when a brand new car gets damaged like that. Realy bursts the bubble, I've been there too. Also why now when I'm out with my Mustang, I try to watch from all 4 sides of it. Still sometimes **** just happens. You may as well just go ahead and drive it all you can now.

Your back hurt bad !!!right?? YOUR BACK HURTS REALLY BAD!!! RIGHT!!?? YOU better see a doctor and complain about your back pain that won't go away. Right1!!!?? Sounds like your back pain is gonna keep you from doing the things you normally do. Right?? get a lawer man and buy a new mustang and tuck the rest away to buy a new cobra when it comes out. Sounds like you could have some $$$ comin to you if that back pain doesn't go away . Right??

i know i you feel, my Bullitt got rear ended last week by a little "B...H"
lucky i had my trailer hitch receiver, it took good part of the impact
she still cause damage to the exhaust
she also was on her cell phone
her excuse was she was, to busy answering her cell to notice that traffic was
stop in front of her
i felt i like but kept my calm and ask her if she did this often
man she went ballistic, insulting me and my wife,
I just stayed there until she told me the famous phrase
“You don’t have to get upset, after all its only a car !”
ok before I I decided to let the cops take care of her!

Ho yea! to add insult to injury, she was driving a CIVIC

Anyway I hope your back will be OK, I think there noting worst than back pain

Thats when I would have looked at her and pointed at her Civic and said "that is just a ****ty car" and then pointed at my GT and said "that is a Mustang" Big Difference Dumba$$!
I was hit in my 94 GT by a chick in of course a civic. Luckily she was cute and apologetic. It fubarred her civic, but I drove away after resetting the fuel cut-off switch. The body shop replaced the bumper and hardware underneath, and buffed the paint on the cover(looked great)
had a rental Malibu during the time also, what a pos.

Do they have replacement panels/bumpers available yet?

Since the car is really new, I would push her insurance company to replace the car in full. There is no repair that can be done to bring a car back to factory condition. At least full OEM part replacement, no body repairs!

Talk to a lawyer and see if that is possible. Sould be since she was at fault. any witnesses?

If that all fails, then after you get your car fixed, get an appraisal on the car, and compare that to what it would have been worth before the accident and take the dumb b**ch to small claims court and sue her for the difference, plus loss of time and such. You have been luck sueing her then trying to get extra money from an insurance company since they have lawyers on hand. Then use that to mod your car or downpayment on the new cobra's when they come out.
