HVAC controls aren't working FIXED update and fix inside

Well I finally got my car running great thanks to everyone on here that helped me..I get in the car this morning and the heater blowed fine but I turned it off as soon as I had started the car...My heater gets hot and my ac gets cold ..I can even adjsut the fan speed with out a hitch..but it ONLY blows out the defroster vents....So I know it must be a vacum right? Well where would I check those on a 96gt? The only thing broken that I see is right nest to the TPS under the hood is another looks like platic plug going into that and it looks to have two plastic red vacum lines running to it..top one is broken and bottom one seems fine..if thats not where it runs to what is that line for any ways? And where is the simpleest place to start trouble shooting this thing? Fix Or Repair Daily lol its worth it tho so if someone can help me I would appreciate it..thanks a million guys..

FIXED..
On the 4.6 mustangs next to the TPS on th throttle body there is a plastic plug running into the intake..On this peice there are two red plastic vacume lines if the top one breaks you will not be able to switch where your A/C or Heat comes from on the HVAC controls ( heater A?C controlls on the dash) to fix it simply put a rubber vacume line over the top of the broke peices to hold them back together..it must be tight to create a good seal and vacume again..take about 30 seconds of the car running to be able to adjust it again..Hope this helps some people out!
