Hydraulic Throwout Bearing?

I was just watching rides where they show how eleanor is being built and what not...and the guy said they fitted a tko tranny with a hydraulic tob....is this a big difference than a stock tob?...and where can i get one?

I believe all 96-current cars have them, you might be able to retrofit it.
