No need to post the detail twice, see the original post here: http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=10795

Additional info:

I dropped the car off with a Flowmaster axle-back system (not a kit they are selling, but off the shelf parts), and the HC trap removed. The dyno shop did lots of testing, but didn't put it all back to stock prior to doing the first run.

There were discrepancies in the spreadsheet I got from the dyno shop. So I am only posting the HC trap runs, as they were clean. I'll update with full dyno run info from all the runs after I get that detail.

HC trap deltas were taken with stock exhaust, but with an SCT 91 octane flash tune. Also, I only had spreadsheet data to 6000 rpm. The HP increases past 6000 rpm on this dyno run.

Once I get all the dirty details (I've asked the shop for the raw data from the dyno runs), I'll tabulate them and we'll repost. Then we'll also be able to show factory mufflers vs. this particular Super40, and factory tune vs. SCT tune. Until I clear up the discrepancy in the other spreadsheet data, it doesn't make sense to publish it.

We did some similar testing today.

Here's what we did, this is on a 5 speed:

Completely stock
Completely stock with SCT Xcalibrator
HC trap removed with SCT Xcalibrator
HC trap removed with MMR intake with SCT Xcalibrator
Same as above with Magnaflow catback.

I'm working on the article right now with pics and dyno graphs. I'll be putting it up on our homepage Monday morning or before.

KenB tuned my (wife's) car and it was some pretty decent testing. Ken put in several hours doing this and the data gained from the testing is enormous in my opinion. Lost of things different that are worthy to note.
