So last night I am driving my car pretty hard, and the next thing I know it just DIES on me. I try and start it, and it runs really rough, so I shut it off right away... Turns out the TB pipe coupler popped off! It was an easy fix, but when I was driving the car today, I realized my wideband is pegging all the way lean again! WTF! Every time I loose a pipe I will eat a sensor????! Here goes another $50
Two things-
1) If I am killing my wideband 02 sensor, what is this doing to my 02 sensors? Could they be fouled as well??
2) It was kind of my own fault.. The last time this happend and I ripped a couple I had to by one at autozone, so It was a rubberized plastic piece... Looks like I need to order some replacements!
I am thinking about buying new pipping and having it welded into 3 sections... anyone attempted this before???!
Any tips/suggestions would be great! This section of pipe DOES have a bead in it.. I think it was just the crappy coupler..
