A local high performance engineering and fabrication shop was having a deal on subframe connectors. For $170 I got custom made and welded subframes and I can't believe how much of an improvement it made. My car is so much smoother, the doors rattle less and it turns so much better.
Thanks to everyone on stangnet that recommended that I do the subframes, thanks for your help!

And while my car was in the shop I finally ordered those Edelbrock IAS shocks I've been itching to buy, and priced out what it would cost to change the top end of my motor to better heads/intake/carb/roller rockers. The winter work begins!

Did you weld them in with weight on the wheels or on a hoist?

now you need to becareful when selecting springs as you wont need the 620's that many people seem to like. the reason is the chassis is now stiffer and more responsive to modification.
