Ok so my I have a zex dry kit and my solenoid will no longer activate.
ALL connections are prefect. Ground is good, TPS at the Off of the t-tap reads 4.63volts at wot, and power at the box with the switch on reads 12.3volts.
This indicates something with the solenoid.
I had previously taken the solenoid apart and put it back together because it stuck open and would not close.
It worked fine all day. I sprayed for the first time and with LOW bottle pressure and it chirped 4th.
So after a nice long cruise up through the mountains I went to purge what was left in the line and the solenoid would not engage. It will sometimes open once but it won’t do it again for a long time.
What could be wrong with the solenoid??
