Those things look AWESOME!.. The power is great and the n/a potential is rediculous!

A guy in my area has an '02 Z28 with a cam, LT's, duals, lid and a ported tb and he put down 405rwhp.. Seriously now, that's AWESOME

I would LOVE to get an LS1 car.. mainly a Trans Am, but an SS would be awesome as well

I have both Mustang and TransAm. I love Mustang and all, but GT and LS1 is not real comparason IMO.
If your picking 1 between LS1 and 99-02 Cobra, then i say Cobra. but GT and LS1, i gotta say LS1
like Mike said, 3.55 bore suck azz. Cobra with DOHC can cover its lowend short comming by having much more punch on upper RPM.
But GT on the other hand , unless you spend alot of money on top of what you paid for the car(i.e Kennybell), then after that, go eat LS1 at will
