Yup, that is correct. Multiply by 12 to go from ft-lbs to in-lbs.

Hey - I am about to change this pulley on mine, too.

The OEM Ford Dealer in Germany wasn't able to ship a new matching bolt for it. Can I re-use the old bolt or are they one time usable only?

Yes, unless the bolt says TTY on it you can reuse it. This bolt does not say that and I reused mine. TTY means torque to yield. Never reuse a TTY bolt.
