I got bit by a snake today

I finally broke down and traded my 01 GT for a 03 Cobra. It only had 2800 miles on it and I got it for 26k, plus I did great with the trade. The car is perfect and was traded in for a Mercedes and then transfered to the Ford dealer. They wanted 29900 to start with and I think I got a pretty good deal.

As far as my GT mods, will any of them transfer over? I am pretty sure that only the Prochamber may. I get to trade out all of my mods for the stock stuff excdept the catback. Plus I have a $200 service credit to apply to the labor to remove them. I will post pics soon and then the mods will begin.

Lucky man! I test drove an 03 cobra today, it was great for the most part but the dealership wanted WAY too much money for it. get some pics up!

man the 03/04 cobra is my dream car! i really want one bad one day! i hope to make that a reality by the end of 05 or early 06 but we will see!
im gonna pay off my 96 cobra and hopefully trade in or sell towards the 03/04!

What did they want for it? I think that I did pretty good with the price and the trade in. I also get to keep all of my mods from my GT to sell and buy mods for my COBRA

Stop buying up all the cobras!!! I am overseas and won't get a chance to get one for at least another year. That really sux.....j/k congrats man. Enjoy, enjoy, and enjoy.

The dealership I was at (Mossy Ford) had an 03 DSG Coupe for sale, 28,800 miles for ~$28,000 before TTL. Plus it had the tick, and was chipped already and had some other issues. I would have given them 23.0 for it because of all that because I'm 99% sure it'll need to go in for the tick and/or a new motor at some point.
