do you think an 00 auto gt could hit consistant high 12s with
3400-3600 stall
4.30 gears+chip+higher/firmer shifts
*bumped timing*?
underdrive pullys
full exhuast

Im pretty sure you would need some DR's and some suspenion mods. Some lower control arms/upper control arms, springs etc.....

i forgot to add that it ran 14.40s w/sh1tty 60 ft times, sumthin like 2.xx at a wisconsin track w/crappy prep

You'd NEED slicks and then it'd still be a little bit of a stretch.

On another note, do you think with slicks, 3600 stall, and 4.30 gears you'd lift the front off the ground when launching?

You probably could if you had the right suspension and weight reduction.

i can see a low to mid 13 sec pass on street tires.
