It was from My C&l 73 mass air meter, How I know this? I switch it with another meter a Pro-m meter and car ran 100 times better. Sometime does C&L don't work the way they should. It is a miss or hit with those meters. Yes I still have the C&L on my car but I use a IST mass air adjuster which give me "Large adjustment range with relative ease, you are able to adjust the mass air to the engine & injectors. This helps to eliminate engine surges & driveability problems. Digital display shows sensor volts."
