I dont know why, but I am starting to get the itch to buy something rusty. I know I should refrain and buy parts for my defunct cars, but its getting hard to ignore the urge.

Good luck. This time of year always suck for me. Property taxes, Christmas bills, car registrations, etc.

hmm, I dont have those problems.

you get molested down south when you register cars dont you? Its $50 for two years with no emissions up here.

I guess the trade off is good weather. Except for the rain you guy's are getting at the moment. Thats pretty much the way oregon is most of the time.

I was thinking about buying it for parts for my 66 F100. I emailed him asking about how much he wanted for it. Glad I didnt offer $200.

believe it or not 2200 sounds a little low to me for that truck. right now there is a 67 f-250 in the paper that is almost identical to this truck except it's solid white and they are asking 3500 for it. decent price for that ruck as well. the good old days of being able to buy a good old pickup for cheap are just about over i suspect.

That is high for a 2wd pickup. Around here at least.
For some reason the price is really high for trucks in the west texas/eastern new mexico.

they must have sold alot of trucks in the NW. Because they are dirt cheap. plus we do not have emissions, so that may play into it.

could be that the farmers around here drive them into the ground and then the high school kids buy 'em and hot rod the hell out of them and wrap the poor trucks around a pole or something.
