About MGW's shifter being the cream of the crop. I had ordered a different brand, but I couldnt stand being on backorder any longer.

their shifters are very nice... i ordered mine about 2 months ago...

thing is.. i didnt like the composite race knob so i returned and wanted it exchanged for a gripper knob...

its been 2 months now and about 4 phone calls and still no gripper knob...

I dont think its their fault really, their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I had george explain shift knobs to me for like 20 minutes. Bottom line... their customer service is bar none, they tell me their plater for the knobs is lagging and i beleive them. Ill wait.

No, they do not come with one. MGW sells some that are suppose to be really nice. I havn't used one though.

i agree wit exindust. MGW is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with. they replaced my gripper knob for free when it started to peel. this was after having it for 2+ years.

Awesome. They said shipping will be fast also. I had been very patient with the other company untill today. Its been 2 weeks or so for something that was to take no more than 3 days. For the extra 20 some odd bucks I cant complain about upping the shifter quality, and customer service...

The MGW shifter is excellent. Get one of their gripper shifter balls. Their really sweet also.

I love my MGW shifter! The thing I hate is the MGW gripper shift knob I ordered with the shifter.. I have since put the stocker back on and have the $40 shift knob chillin on my desk.

I didnt get a shift knob, I kinda like the stocker in a way. If I change it im going old school and getting an 8 ball, haha.

+1...I am one more very satisfied MGW owner. Customer service was great, install was a breeze and the 2nd-3rd shift is AWESOME!!
