i just cried like a girl......

God damn! Thank god you're ok!! Fox's are dropping like flies latley.. I'm glad i got mine now!!!!! :)

I'm actually scared to get mine running.. I hope i don't have the fate like BK, where i put all this time into her and she gets smacked by a douche not paying attention :(

The day somebody wrecks my car will be bad...cuz the next day I'd be going to prison. I'd kill em! I know it's supposed to be "only" a car , but all the time and work and experiences I've had and put in my car in the 13 years I've owned it could never be replaced. Well guys, I don't know about a gremlin for sure but take extra care when you drive your cars. Drive em like you'd ride a motorcycle... always assume they can't see you, keep good distance, leave yourself an out and pay attention! Good luck!

yeah, its jsut that you dont expect someone to pop out like that while youre already in the middle of the intersection. oh well, he has state farm, so i called, filed a claim and the lady called the witness nd he confirmed what i said. they are sending over an agent to get an estimate. their insured member isnt answering the phone. they have to give him a min. of like 3 days to reply. so lets hope for the best.

and chris....yeah, we will build something bigger and better. with the heart of the admiral. check this out. i wanted to do something similar. Little car, Big motor. Carb out the 5.0 and clean in up and slap all my parts on. check this.

Sorry for your loss Mike. Hopefully youll be up and going again soon.

Dont expect much $ from State farm. I have my insurance with them. They will low ball you! Find some cars like yours for sale and clip the ads. If they low ball you then you can show them the ads and say just go buy me this one.

I have an agreed policy on mine too for $20,000. I'm insured through a company called State Auto. They call this type of policy upgrade "a writer". State Auto doesn't have any mileage restrictions on this type of policy either, but you pay more for the additional coverage and you have to provide pictures and documentation of the car. My company requested QUALITY pictures of the front, rear and both sides of the vehicle, the engine compartment, the trunk, and the interior. I also had to provide a list of modifications/parts done to the car. I live in Ohio and never drive the car in bad weather so, I take comprehensive coverage off and leave "fire and theft" coverage on with "the writer" during the winter months. This helps to offset the cost of the additional coverage. You can also go to a Ford dealership or possibly a performance shop and have them type up an appraisal for you to give to the insurance company. My father had this done with both of his mustangs. He has writers on them through Allstate, so I know they offer it too. Hope this info helps out.

sorry guys for the lack of updates. i went to the keys his weekend for some lobster. 75 lobsters in 24 hours

well, while i was down there, my mom called saying they sent me a $4800 check for it. seems like a reasonable value. towed her away yesterday :(

oh well.....svo...here i come.

wait wait wait, they towed her. it was engine-less right?
Prolly woulda required him to buy it back for that to happen

$4800 is more then fair for that car Mike, im sure you know that. It can be replaced with a nicer example for that amount. With working A/C no less :nice:

My Fox got messed up and it allowed me to buy a Cobra so goodluck. That SVO you like is nice :nice:

oh well.....svo...here i come.

you better be on your a game all the time with an svo bud, they can be very fun to drive and a hell of alot faster than a 5.0 with less mods. dont go over 18psi of boost unless you have a chip and some bigger injectors, and make sure you keep it cool and its mandatory to get a bigger ic... just some pointers for ya..
