OK, I'll set myself up in front of the firing squad here!! I have a Superbird tattoo on my right arm as I've owned Mopar muscle cars MOST of my life. HOWEVER!!! Due to "circumstances" I was faced with purchasing a newer muscle car because of all the miles I am driving. Well Dodge / Chrysler rear wheel drive cars are pretty much limited to the Viper....WAY out of my price range. Long story short I ended up with Bullitt #801. My close friend Jay Bittle owner of JBA Racing specializes in the 4.6 modular engine, I gotta admit, approx. 6 months and $3,000.00 later I own the hottest car I've ever had. I'm NOT a "loyal" make owner. If a car looks hot a car looks hot REGARDLESS" of the tag on the trunklid! In a nutshell.... I LOVE my Bullitt!!

Good for you and welcome to the board.

I am also a Classic Mopar guy, but I have always liked the Mustang too. I couldn't afford the Bullitt or Cobra, but I am enjoying the GT just fine. Lot's of fun.

i own bullitt # 464. love it. even though i got rear ended last week. =[ but i'm gettin it fixed.
check out IMBOC.com the international mustang bullitt owners club. lots of information on bullitts and lots of bullitt owners.

i'm a good friend of the bittle family as well..in fact J is the reason my 1st and 2nd cars have been mustangs. Austin and I were in the same troop and when i was ready to buy a car, J made sure it was a 5.0

I love my GT.

I was a die hard GM guy... wanted to replace my S10 with a Camaro, but between everyone thinking they're a collector's item and the insurance cost, the GT was a more practical decision. Add the comfort to that and GT > Camaro, even though Camaro is faster.
