WOW!! You do A LOT Chris!!! I am really impressed! and it sounds like you work hard AND play hard. I would like to say you are a rare individual indeed and a good example for the rest of us. Where do you get all the energy to do all that and still have time for the hobby!?

lol i don't have a life

the only time i have for this sort of stuff is usually after everyone goes to bed, and lunchtime at work. i don't get enough sleep

sometimes like tonight, there isn't much going on so i have a little more freedom.

i replaced the water pump on the caprice classic wagon tonight

you should have seen me last week at midnight changing the brakes on the other car i drive, the 2000 camry. pitiful

she is talking about the fairlane like it is already here. i still think she may very well let me keep the stang.

I know what your going through sort of. My car is sold and the new owner is picking it up Friday. Anytime you sell something you treasure it hurts. I'm one who looks forward and never looks back. Can't dwell on the past. Make your decision, stick with it and move on. I didn't have anyone telling me to sell it. My son cried (that hurt), my wife knows the time I have in it. However based on a business decision I took it upon myself to move on. The car is not in the cards right now. Someone else needs to enjoy it. It's been sitting for years. If I were you I would buy something new and reliable. My truck has a lifetime warranty on the engine, tranny (driveline). No more wrenching for me. My cars are covered under warranty for awhile and I have no payments on anything. Just my two cents. Good Luck to you.

I completely agree with your line of thinking here. My car sits a lot and I am thinking of getting rid of it and getting rid of my beater and buying something newer and nicer to daily drive. Then once spring comes I want to buy my bike and have that as my toy. I just lost a lot of interest in the stang and selling it would save me a lot of money for something that just sits. I have zero interest in wrenching on it or drag racing it.
