ive redone the whole topend to my 88 gt now it seems my bottom pulley is clickin and i need to know the solutions someone please help

Did you have the timing cover off? If so it could be the timing pointer hitting the balancer or if you didnt have it off make sure the balancer isnt wobbling around hitting the cover...if it is wobbling it is junk and will fly apart shortly.
