I was on the interstate a little earlier on the way home, I got on it pretty good a couple of times since I dont very often. When I got off of the interstate and came to a stop light, I noticed my car was smoking. I got home, popped the hood and noticed freaking oil on the engine. I think it is the head or valve cover maybe? The car is running fine, no knocking or anything. No oil leaks either.

Here's a pic...

What the hell did I do? All i have as far as mods are whats in my sig.

No, there wasnt very much at all, but it is puddled up a little bit in a couple of the holes. And that is a very thin layer of wet oil on the cover.

I circled them,

How concerned should I be?

Don't get to freaked out. It's probably just the valve cover bolt grommets. I've seen it more than once. Some new ones should fix it right up.

Cool, thanks alot guys, I feel a little better about it now. So it is drivable assuming I keep an eye on the oil pressure, right?

I've got a friend that is a ford mech. at a dealership, i'll run it by and have him take a quick look at it.

thanks a lot!
