i need help chip related

the chip is being tuned right now and the cars in the body shop. i know where the ecu is located, but how exactly do you get the previous chip out??? also, its comin w/a toggle switch for the 2 programs, does anyone know how to install this, where should i put it?

The ECU has no chip in it at all! What type of chip do you have? It should come with instructions. Pay close attention to them as the terminals are very difficult to install.

Give yourself about 90 minutes the first time.

The switch can go anywhere your heart desires. I put one once by the cig lighter. Think about the inside of the glove box.

there is no previous chip. it's just a black piece of plastic covering the connectors. make sure to remove all of thet rubber cement type stuff off of the connectors.
