Did you cut up your factory wiring or buy a harness adapter? If you bought the apapter it should be either the red or orange wire (I can't remember). which ever wire you have both your red and orange wire tied into to from deck now to your car is your ignition wire, the other is your power wire.-(be carefull this wire -I don't beleive-isn't intended to supply full power to your deck, its only meant to act as a "remote" turning your deck on and off. You could fry something if you keep it this way--possibly--maybe not just a thought), --If you went retarded (No offense meant) and hacked up your original wiring, all I can say is use a test light or multimeter to see which wires that are left over have power when car is off.

You can use any constant 12 volt wire with extra capacity for the memory source. Just toss a fuse on it for caution.

Good luck.

If you bought a harness it will be the yellow wire, if you didn't and are tapping into the car harness it will be a light green/yellow

Yeah on a harness adapter it is the same color as the head units....yellow. Or do like Hissin stated and just run a new 12v constant.
