Without more info I don't know where to put your question, if it's a fox with a 5.0 then check out the 5.0 tech forum, look for the 'technical / how to' section where you'll find a thread called the 'surging idle checklist ' read it over, get familiar then start at the top and do it step by step, don't skip around,
