i need tips on changing spark plug

hey everyone, in a few days i will be replacing my cracked intake manifold. Since i will be working on the part of the engine where the spark plug will be very accessible after i remove the old manifold. i was thinking of changing the spark plug as well,but i don't have a clue about the torque spec, or what should i know to prevent spark plug blowing out, in other words it will be my first time attempting to do them. If any of you can provide me with some good info that will be great.
my car is a 1999 mustang gt with 75000 miles, thanks.

torque to 13 lbs on a stone cold engine. Don't use any anti- seize, you don't need it, and it'll just cause problems.

I was told the opposite. Two Mustang ONLY shops that have been in business since 1990's til present said they use anti-seeze and have never had a comeback on blow out.

BUT...use very little...put it on one thread and it will move upward on the spark plug as you thread it in. Those who have problems using anti-seeze may choose to gob it on and it drips on the plug tips and fouls it out or too much anti-seeze lubes it too well and then it will blow out. Anytime you thread steel into aluminum you should have a touch of anti-seeze. I wouldn't even use the supplie brush they give you. I would get a tooth brush and just dab it slighty...no gobs.

by NOT using anti-seize, you run the risk of "galling" the plugs in the heads due to electrolysis from dissimilar metals, so use it.

also make sure you use the newer style full length thread spark plugs. i forget the SP number, but any ford dealer will carry them.
