I think I spun a bearing?

What are the symptoms, and what are the steps needed to fix and repair. I have access to a lift and almost every tool imaginable. Good To be in the military, I can do all the work at the work shop. The knocking sounds like its coming from the driver side too, if that helps.

internal knocking is the symptoms, also you might notice erratic or no oil presure with a gauge depending on if it's a main or a rod bearing..

to fix this if it is a spun bearing the motor needs to be pulled and rebuilt.

I have no change in oil pressure, and engine temp, along with the rest of the gauges read perfectly normal. Could it be something different?

Is it more of a tick noise, lighter pitched, or more of a deeper knocking?

Tick is likely something in the head, or a timing gear issue.
