This is true, sometimes cleaning them isn't enough. I had the same problem a while back and it would only help for a short period and then it got annoying. Might also be a good time to do a couple other things like a new fuel filter, check for vacuum leaks...etc.
there are but for the most part, there are junk and they Do Not conform to Ford standards also replace your PCV valve and again, Do Not buy aftermarket.............OEM FORD
I bought a new IAC from my Ford dealer for a total of $118 ,did the install with the negative removed for a half hour and woo-hoo no more problems with the idle.
the other purchase option for me would be NAPA cost was $ 114
