Are your rpms stumbling? especially when cruising to a stop? if so you will need a new IAC for sure. Cleaning it will just make the problem worse, just pick up a new one.

What issues would a bad PCV valve cause? I'm at 66k miles and still on my stock one

uncontrolled blow-by which gunks-up the intake manifold, IAC, and other related parts.
the PCV valve should be changed at 30k under Normal intervials
