I have no idea what this port is for on the rear of my intake manifold. The car is a 66 couple but the engine is not original as it is a 302 paired with a 4 speed toploader. There was nothing hooked up to this when I bought the car a couple months ago and I would really like to figure out what it’s for or to block it off.

I have spent a while looking for an answer to what this port it but between my friends and my terrible research capabilities I have come up dry so i appreciate any help.

Looks like some sort of EGR valve? Block it off. You won't need it.
