ok heres the deal, when the car is just idling it idles fine w/o any problems, but if u give it a rev it seems like it takes forever to idle back down. like if i rev it to 3000+ itll drop down to 1500 quick, but it seems like from 1500 to a dead idle itll take its sweet lil time, and SOMETIMES when it finally gets under 1000rpm itll lope down like it wants to cut off then jump back up to where it should idle. as a matter of fact it did cut off on me one time! ive pretty much narrowed it down to the IAC (idle air control), TPS (throttle position sensor), or the mass airflow sensor (which i doubt). i think there is one other sensor in the intake system but cant remember what it is however im leaning toward the IAC (hence the name). i doubt it the throttle body being dirty too, b/c i clean it every other oil change.what do u guys think, anybody ever had this problem.

yep, pretty common...

I think you're headed in the right dirction with the IAC and TPS. I would suspect the TPS first, but unfortunately I don't know how to tell you a sure-fire way to single out which sensor it is.
