idle problem

It seems like any time the cooling fans come on or the A/C kicks in, the car drops down to about 500 RPM's and then slowly comes back up. I've replaced the IAC and that didn't help. Any other car I've had the idle has raised when the A/C came on and I don't remember this one droping until now. Any ideas?

Try resetting the PCM and letting the car re-learn the idle according to the procedure outlined in your owner's manual.

I tried that A while back and any time I put a new part in I do it as well and it hasn't worked.

Did you turn on the a/c and stuff while re-learning fuel trims?
