idle/stall problem CMS STAGE 1 CAMS

hey guys i need help i have had idle/stall problems ever since i have had my cams installed everytime i have a tech look at it it seems to be the iac valve... if i change the current one i have that will be number 3 in the last 2 years ... is this common on these cars with cams or is there something else going on and this is just a temp fix ???? i also just had the car dyno tuned about 2 weeks ago and it ran good for a couple days then the check engine light came on with p0300 and p0602 i called my tuner he said clean my maf sensor, did that and the light went off and then my idle problems started, i let him know and he is trying to work me in to look at it but i checked my iac valve like i always do and it seems to acting the same way the last one did when it went bad .... any suggestions

also guys i have noticed i am getting wich to me looks like a lot of oil into the intake plenum where the pcv valve hose runs into the plenum ... is that normal for a car that only has cams ?? my car is a 99 gt with 80,000 miles on it but i noticed the oil around 60k when i had the cams installed
