Sorry guys... I can't think of a single car that is worth getting my bung-hole stretched out over... I'd choose no jail time and just enjoy my modest collection of rides...

1. Inlet for the inflatable lumbar support. Passenger inflates driver's side, driver inflates passenger's?
2. Resivoir: For those long trips, when you don't have time to find a restroom?
3. Power outlet for.... ;-)
4. Is anyone supplying different attachments?

Overlooked the obvious:
#1 Most important A/C vent.

#5 Utilization as a body waste evacuation device. ie: mini portapotty!!!
#6 It is your electrical outlet for the RV park cause it looks like a carny vehicle.

Well a woman has to ask, even if the man leaves the answer unsaid.

I was thinking ejection canister blow-off valve for those complaining "driver-ed teacher types" you sometimes get stuck in the car with (usually family and spouses).

It's a bidet. You use it after you hot-rod in that bad-ass car.
