What would you go get if you were able to? A new SRT8 or a new SS?

I understand the "never sell it club" and the 03/04 Cobra purchase(Im a big fan of those cars as well). Question is, if you were to jump ship, what would you like to get.

Main reason for this poll BTW is an outside perspective on these 2 cars, if you ask a Mopar guy which one you know which one before you ask. Same question on the GM side and you know the answer before you ask lol.

From a performance standpoint, the Camaro is faster. The styling IMO is nicer, but the interior is horrid.

The Challenger is a fat car, no doubt about it. From some angles it looks good, while from others it doesn't.

Ever since I saw the original "Vanishing Point" Ive had a fantasy of owning
a white Challenger, besides I have already owned 2 Z28's.

I love the looks of the Challenger, but I think the Camaro would be the better buy for having a fun driving car. I have heard that the Challenger drives like a 2door Charger. I am just not that impressed with that.

However, the all black SRT8 Challenger does look pretty bad.

Camaro all the way. the Challenger is too bloated, overweight, and overpriced.

Although if I HAD to pick, I'd take the Challenger.

I would definitely buy the Challenger. I think they look great. Saw my first Challenger on the street the other day. It was black and it was the SRT8 with the 6.1 badges on the hood.

Camaro, hands down! Not only does it have better times on the track and better lateral numbers, but it has a stronger heritage and following. There are many clubs, forums, and after markets products for camaros (not to say there are not any for challengers, just not as many). This makes owning a camaro as fun as owning a mustang (I have a mustang, and LOVE the forums available. I also own a 68 camaro, and love those forums just as much).
I guarantee resale will be much higher on the camaro in a few years.

From a performance standpoint I would go with the Camaro. It has a good starting platform and is lighter that the Challenger.

If I wanted a nice cruiser and a car that looks bad ass I would go with the Challenger. Though the 6.1L Hemi does respond well to mods there are just very few out there and they are expensive.
