I have an 06 GT and previous owner installed higher injectors and cold air intake and not sure what else, anyway my OEM coils have started to fail so I thought I would buy all new ones and I got a good deal on some granatelli 45,000 volt coils. My question is will I have to change anything else ignition wise or will these work OK. I am by no means a mechanic although I can work on most things. If these won't work I will return them and buy a lower voltage. I was told by some they would and others they won't work so asking here for advice.

Everything I have read about COPS for the S197's suggest that OEM is the only way to go for reliability and durability.

I replaced the plugs and still had problems with a stutter but I have now gotten the coils in from order and put them on and everything works great ....back to normal now.

The car odometer has around 170-180,000 but the gears were changed before I got it and the speedo was off (@interstate speeds around 20mph) so if I had to guess the coils have around 140,000+ on them. I had already replaced #1 coil and plug and it was fine for a while but it went back to acting up. It is all good now tho.
