Ignition Cylinder Help Needed

After a great weekend with the car I went to pull it into the garage last night and had issues with the cylinder. It seems the last tumbler fell into the key way and my key wont go in all the way. The steering column is also in the locked position. I ordered a new cylinder from LMR ($30) but now how do I get the cylinder out. The key obviously won't turn the ignition to get the cylinder out. Any thoughts???

I really don't want to call a locksmith especially if I'm going to replace the cylinder.
