Shame on me for not checking this sooner but I finally dug my timing light out of the shed. The timing on my newly acquired Stang was set to about 7 or 8 degrees BTDC. I bumped it up to 12. Wow!!! What a difference. Much better now.

Yes. It's chirpin' 2nd pretty easy now. It wasn't doing that before.
My timing light was buried in the shed inside the old steel Coleman cooler along with the raft pump and clay pigeons. I'm lucky I even found it. Lol!
