My 1989 mustang recently started to give me trouble on cold starts. The engine will fire up, idle for about 2 seconds and then die. Upon the 2nd attempt it starts up and idles fine. If I try to drive the car before it is warm it misses and pops, but once it is warm it drives perfect. The car has 200,000 miles, but still runs like new...when warm. The exhaust smells rich when cold. I've cleaned the throttle body, IAC, MAF element, changed fuel filter, O2 sensors, cap/rotor, plugs. I'm all out of ideas, oh yea, it has no cats. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks- Steve
