I've had this happen a few times, dont think its ever been a ricer "talk" though. Always domestic guys, unless im forgetting some.

Every mustang one upper I've met always has a 347 stroker. If its an old mustang one upper they always have a Shelby of some kind that pushes the track back when it launches.

-Edit-
Funny story time. My buddies and I were sitting in Taco Hell one night when a guy walks in asks pretty much everyone in there who is driving the LS1 T/A outside. Buddy says its his and they make small talk, finally the guy ask for everyone to come outside to look at his T/A. All of us get up and walk outside and see a silver/pewter colored T/A sitting there. He says it dynos at 450hp at the wheels and has a bunch of engine work done, he ask if we would like to see under the hood. Everyone agrees and he pops it, underneath lies a nice bone stock looking LS1 covered in dirt with a few leaves. He then tells us he had the engine builder cover the engine in dirt/leaves so he could play it off as stock. We later found out that night, it wasnt even his car just a buddies of his letting him drive it.

Not a one upper story, but was too stupid not to tell.

lol what a douschebag. Yea i live in a pretty RICEY city and have to deal with these types all the time. Everytime someone asks i simply say the cobra's bone-stock which it is, and then all hell breaks loose. Now the car is garbage and his weedwacker with 22's and an 800 shot (or somthing STUPID) will completely blow me away. I hate ignorant people.

Ozz

I think I have a problem here.

Some of my best friends/car friends are people who'd just come out and shot the **** like that. Some people apparently don't care I guess, but I'd prefer you to notice my Mustang and come up and share w/me what you had

Unless he said it in a tone like "Oh yea? well MINE is this this and that, so ha!", in which case that's pretty gay. And he's a dick.
